1. How can I get informations after I have paid for the goods ?
We will e-mail the tracking number of the express company to you as soon as we receive the Western Union tracking number. |

2. When and how can I check on my order status ?
Normaly, after 3 days you can trace your package(s). |

4. How long will it take to receive my goods ?
It usually, on average, takes 7 business days to receive your order. Sometimes the shoes are delivered faster. Please note that business days do not include holidays or weekends. |

5. Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA and Europe ) ?
Yes. We currently ship to many international locations. |

6. Can you reserve a goods for me until I can pay for it ?
Yes of course, the only thing you have to do is to confirm it by e-mail and we will keep them for you for one week. However, after one week, if we haven't received your payment, we will sell it further to someone else |

7. Return/Exchange
We DO NOT offer refunds.
Some unexceptable reasons for exchange are: "I don't want the stuff anymore" or " I ordered the wrong size or color". Colors of shoes are darker or lighter than shown on the picture.
Acceptable Reasons for exchange: Wrong stuff or size sent by the factory , mistake made from our side.
The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges back to us! If you do not ship it back to us for inspection, we cannot offer you an exchange. |
